We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard throughout.
What we're doing
We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility on this site:
- All pages include a skip navigation link to allow keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation
- Meaningful alternative text is provided for all informative images
- Form inputs display visible focus states and include descriptive labels
- Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA requirements
- The site respects
prefers-reduced-motionfor users who are sensitive to motion - Form error messages are announced to screen readers via
aria-liveregions - Semantic HTML is used throughout, including landmark regions (
main,nav,footer) - The page is fully operable via keyboard alone
Known limitations
We are aware of the following areas where accessibility could be improved, and are working to address them:
- Dynamic content: Some sections (team bios, case studies, client reviews) are loaded via JavaScript. These are accessible once rendered, but users on very slow connections with JavaScript disabled may not see this content.
- Third-party widgets: The Cloudflare Turnstile widget on our contact form is third-party and may not be fully accessible in all assistive technology configurations. If you have difficulty submitting the form, please contact us directly by email or telephone.
- Video content: Our embedded YouTube video does not currently have a transcript or audio description. We will add these in a future update.
Technical specification
This website is built using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. It relies on the following technologies for conformance:
- HTML5 semantic elements
- ARIA landmark roles and live regions
- CSS custom properties and media queries
The website has been tested with keyboard navigation and reviewed against WCAG 2.2 success criteria.
