BPI OnDemand become an Oracle Platinum Partner

Platinum Partner

As BPI OnDemand continues it’s incredible growth over the last year, we are delighted to announce that we have strengthened our commitment to the Oracle Cloud by being credited as an Platinum Partner. The platinum status covers our specialisations across Oracle’s Customer Experience suite of applications. The certification comes off the back of growing recognition across EMEA for our services and dedication to expanding Oracle’s presence in the CX market.

What does this mean?

Platinum Partner status is the second highest level of acknowledgment you can receive in the Oracle Partner Network. In order to apply for this, partners must be specialised in at least five Oracle applications. This signifies that BPI are well equipped to mange and support applications across the entire CX suite that Oracle has to offer. Additionally, becoming an Platinum Partner continues to strengthen our relationship with Oracle’s development team, improving our ability to create effective PaaS extensions for our Customers applications.

  • Not only does becoming a Platinum Partner strengthen our commitment with Oracle, but it’s a huge achievement for our team of consultants who work tirelessly to ensure our knowledge of each specialised application remains impeccably high.

A note from Chief Technology Officer Michael Taylor.

  • Since the formation of BPI OnDemand in 2008, our key objective has been to provide a flexible, unique way of introducing organisations to the ever growing Oracle CX Cloud. Becoming a Platinum Partner signifies our continuous commitment to achieve this.

A note from Chief Executive Officer Fred Wilkinson.

The term “Marketing Automation” doesn’t do justice to the capability of such systems, as they can help you get amazing results from more than just the traditional marketing activities. Yes, they’re great for identifying, nurturing and channeling leads from new and existing customers, but you should look to how a marketing automation system can help support the external and internal communications across all areas of your business.

Here are just some of the features of Oracle’s marketing cloud:

  • Automated campaigns- Pre build your email campaigns on a user friendly canvas, mapping out what measures will be automatically taken dependant on how the recipients engage with your emails.
  • Lead scoring & assignment – The marketing cloud allows YOU to dictate what a lead is by allowing users to create a score threshold. When the threshold is hit, the contacts will go into your CRM system, allowing salespeople to rapidly engage with these hot leads.

    • Campaign reporting – Campaign reporting shows you all aspects of your campaign, from individual recipient responses to overall campaign ROI – leads, opportunities and won business.
    • Personalised messaging – Your marketing messages can be personalised to fit your targets profile. As well as basics such as name and job title, you can tailor based on products purchased, industry and where they are in the buying cycle.
