As BPI OnDemand continues it’s incredible growth over the last year, we are delighted to announce that we have strengthened our commitment to the Oracle Cloud by being credited as an Platinum Partner. The platinum status covers our specialisations across Oracle’s Customer Experience suite of applications. The certification comes off the back of growing recognition across EMEA for our services and dedication to expanding Oracle’s presence in the CX market.
What does this mean?
Platinum Partner status is the second highest level of acknowledgment you can receive in the Oracle Partner Network. In order to apply for this, partners must be specialised in at least five Oracle applications. This signifies that BPI are well equipped to mange and support applications across the entire CX suite that Oracle has to offer. Additionally, becoming an Platinum Partner continues to strengthen our relationship with Oracle’s development team, improving our ability to create effective PaaS extensions for our Customers applications.
-
Not only does becoming a Platinum Partner strengthen our commitment with Oracle, but it’s a huge achievement for our team of consultants who work tirelessly to ensure our knowledge of each specialised application remains impeccably high.
A note from Chief Technology Officer Michael Taylor.
-
Since the formation of BPI OnDemand in 2008, our key objective has been to provide a flexible, unique way of introducing organisations to the ever growing Oracle CX Cloud. Becoming a Platinum Partner signifies our continuous commitment to achieve this.
A note from Chief Executive Officer Fred Wilkinson.
