BPI OnDemand are delighted to be credited with the Oracle UK & Ireland CX partner of the year award for 2017. This fantastic news follows on from last years Oracle User group awards, where BPI claimed two accolades.
The awards pay recognition to the fantastic services that partners across ERP, CX & HCM continue to deliver to Oracle’s Cloud Customer base. As Oracle continues it’s CX expansion across EMEA, it is vitally important that Partners such as BPI, Enigen & BoxFusion Consulting continue to drive innovation.
Upon acceptance, BPI were notably recognised for their unique, flexible business model which continues to minimise risk for customers looking to transition, as well as their continuous ability to drive renewals through Customer advocacy. All of this is made possible through a post go live CRM managed service, where Customers are exposed to our leading CX consultants, specialising in business process before the technology.
When you look across the board at some of the fantastic partners in attendance for the awards, such as Deloitte Digital and Tata consultancy, it is quite a phenomenal achievement to collect this award.
